With the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE software, we collaborate closely with our customers on all aspects of the programs to develop the best designed tooling that are easily to maintain and plastic components and produce well .

Tooling Making

We have import the Japanese advance machines and processing technology ,we owned the advance CNC machining , Sodick EDM machine, computer numerical control wire cut machine, precision CNC milling machines, grinders, manufacture high-quality and precision products . Product Accuracy: Dimensional tolerance ± 0.001mm, coaxial within 0.002, roundness 0.0015mm, surface roughness Ra0.025, 300mm straightness within 0.002.
